This project — Continental’s most well-known work — won critical acclaim as a reclamation of the former U.S. Steel Homestead Works, and for the preservation of important artifacts throughout the site. It consists of over two million square feet of retail, entertainment, restaurants, hotels, offices, and apartments on nearly two miles of Monongahela River frontage, five miles east of downtown Pittsburgh.
