This project will include a seven-story Senior Housing facility with 142 assisted and independent living units, and a 6,000 SF restaurant.  A seven-story market rate apartment building, consisting of 325 one and two bedroom units, will be built along Northwest Boulevard.  Eight 2-story townhouse buildings will also be constructed along Northwest.  A seven-story Community Center will be built adjacent to the existing Kingsdale Shopping Center.
