Continental’s history and affiliation with office furniture made a natural lead-in to a development focus on office parks (Brooksedge Corporate Center in Westerville, OH) and mid-rise buildings (DelMonte corporate office building and Equitable corporate office building, both located in the North Shore section of downtown Pittsburgh, PA).

Medical office is also a specialty area for Continental, with high profile projects developed in recent years in Columbus, Ohio, including the OhioHealth and Nationwide Children's Close to Home medical office buildings at the Hilliard Gateway mixed-use development, The Hand and Micro-Surgery Center at Plaris, and the New Albany Medical Center.

While remaining diverse with our office development activities; Continental has also purchased, renovated, re-tenanted and sold high-rise office space after stabilizing the performance of the assets.
